- Orlov (Орлóв) is the name of a Russian noble family which produced several distinguished statesmen, diplomatists and soldiers. The family first gained distinction in the person of four Orlov brothers, of whom the senior was Catherine the Great's paramour, and the two junior were notable military commanders.

- オルロフ家（Орлов、Orlov）は、ロシアの貴族。エカテリーナ2世の政権掌握にあたって活躍し、以後、著名な政治家、外交官、軍人を輩出した。男系の子孫が絶えたため、1856年血縁関係のあったダヴィドフ家から後嗣を迎えオルロフ伯爵家を継承させた。
