Oregon Revised Statutes require the secretary of state to publish the print edition "biennially on or about February 15 of the same year as the regular sessions of the Legislative Assembly," which are during odd-numbered years; it has been so published since 1911. The online edition is updated regularly, often daily, and is a superset of the printed version.
