Noel Carroll (7 December 1941 – 23 October 1998) was an Irish middle distance runner who set European and World Records in the 1960s. He became the Dublin Corporation's first official spokesman, and later the Chief Executive of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, and led the group which founded the Dublin Marathon.
