Ng Moon Hing is the 4th Anglican Bishop of West Malaysia, since 5 May 2007, succeeding Lim Cheng Ean. He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University, Australia in 1978 and became a civil engineer. He took part in constructing the Lumut Naval Base in Lumut, Perak, Malaysia and also several bridges in Malaysia. Later, he obtained Bachelor of Divinity from Seminari Teologi Malaysia (STM) in 1985, and was ordained as a deacon in June of the same year.

He was appointed as the vicar of St. Peter's Church, Ipoh in 1991. In 1996 he was appointed as a canon. In 2001 he was appointed as the archdeacon of the Lower North Archdeaconry. On 5 May 2007, consecration was done in St. Mary's Cathedral, Kuala Lumpur
