The New Azerbaijan Party (Yeni Azərbaycan Partiyası) is the ruling political party in Azerbaijan. It was formed in 1993 by Heydar Aliyev, who led it until his retirement and death in 2003. It is now led by his son, Ilham Aliyev. At the elections (5 November 2000 and 7 January 2001), the party won 62.3 % of the popular vote and 75 out of 125 seats.

At the parliamentary elections of 6 November 2005, it won 62 out of 125 seats. Presently, New Azerbaijan Party has 400 thousand members.
