In 2007, the band participated in the Domination Tour along with Rotting Christ, Incantation and Malevolent Creation. After touring, the band released a live album entitled Live Progression. Neuraxis is currently participating in the Montreal Assault Tour with Despised Icon, Beneath The Massacre, Carnifex and (the)Plasmarifle to promote their latest album The Thin Line Between. As of July 2009, there are no remaining founding members of Neuraxis still in the band. Steven Henry, Yan Thiel and Felipe Angel Quinzanos; the original creators of Neuraxis are no longer with the band. Similar bands in this situation include Napalm Death who also continue under said name; despite having none of the original members from their first 7 years as a band.
