Neil Anthony Morrissey (born 4 July 1962) is an English actor. His most famous roles included Rocky in Boon; Tony in Men Behaving Badly; the voice of Bob the Builder and playing Eddie Lawson (deputy head) in Waterloo Road. The UK press falsely claimed that he retired from acting in 2009 to run his own pub, but in August 2009 he was promoting a national tour of the play "Rain Man".
