Nanceen Perry is a former sprinter from the United States. She competed in the 4x100 meters relay in Sydney 2000, but her bronze medal was stripped after confessions of steroid doping by teammate Marion Jones. She now currently is a High School history teacher and coach. She takes her teaching very seriously and is known on campus as one of the most determined and demanding teachers. She was under the direction of Mr. Joe Crownover.

In early 2009 Nanceen once again would be the center of a controversy. Several participants in the 2000 Sydney olympics filed motions to challenge her gender. She is listed as female.

Met haar teamgenoten Chryste Gaines, Torri Edwards en Marion Jones finishte ze in 42,20 seconden achter de teams van de Bahama's (goud) en Jamaica (zilver). Een jaar eerder werd ze op het WK 1999 in het Spaanse Sevilla met haar teamgenoten Cheryl Taplin, Inger Miller en Gail Devers nog vierde op dit onderdeel. Omdat Perry in 2000 een teamgenoot was van Marion Jones, die toegegeven heeft doping gebruikt te hebben is het mogelijk dat haar medaille ontnomen wordt.
