Allen's version was featured on the soundtrack for the films Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging and 17 Again. The song has also been covered by former Sugababes member Mutya Buena as a B-side for her debut single "Real Girl". "Naïve" was named runner-up to Klaxons' "Atlantis to Interzone" in MTV2's single of 2006 list. Naïve was written by Luke Pritchard when he was just 16 years of age.
