Myron Herbert Thompson (born 1947) is a United States federal judge. Thompson was born in Tuskegee, Alabama. He received a B.A. from Yale University in 1969. He received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 1972. He was an Assistant attorney general of Alabama from 1972 to 1974. He was in private practice in Montgomery, Alabama from 1974 to 1980. Thompson was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
