Mongoose is free software / open source currently hosted on Google Code, and is distributed under the MIT License. It is a 56KB executable file (as of ver. 2.7) in both Windows and Linux binaries. It was written and is actively maintained by Sergey Lyubka ("valenok") of Mukachevo, Ukraine.
