The portfolio includes commercial offices, retail centres, industrial properties, hotels and carparks across Australia. Tenants include leading Australian and international companies. The group’s development division is active in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and Western Australia, and is responsible for some significant residential projects including Newington, Sanctuary Gardens, Newbury Estate and Walsh Bay in New South Wales; Arbour on Grey and Cutters Landing in Queensland; Beacon Cove, Yarra's Edge, The Heath and The Melburnian in Victoria and Burswood in Western Australia. Mirvac currently has approximately 30,000 lots under its control that will be progressively developed over the next 8-10 years.
