Milton P. "Milt" Woodard (born in Tacoma, Washington on June 4, 1911 – died March 3, 1996) was an American sports writer and sport executive. He attended the College of Puget Sound in Washington, where he played baseball. He graduated in 1933. Woodard had a distinguished career as a sportswriter for the Tacoma News Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. He also served as President of the American Football League from July 1966 until the NFL officially merged with it in March 1970.
