Milovan Zoričić (born in Zagreb, 1884 - died in Zagreb, 1971) was a Croatian football official and criminal judge. Zoričić was one of the founders of HAŠK Zagreb in 1904. He translated the rules of football into Croatian in 1908. He also worked as a referee and in 1912 he became the first president of the Croatian Football Federation. By profession Zoričić practiced law. He was a judge at the International Court of Justice from 1946 to 1958.

Im Jahr 1946 wurde er als Richter an den neu entstandenen Internationalen Gerichtshof gewählt, dem er bis 1958 angehörte. Er war damit in der Geschichte des Gerichtshofs der einzige Richter aus Jugoslawien.

Od 1941 w czasie okupacji niemieckiej pozbawiony stanowisk i przejściowo aresztowany. W 1945 został sędzią Sądu Najwyższego, a w 1946 sędzią Międzynarodowego Trybunału Sprawiedliwości, w którym zasiadał do 1958.
