Michelle Dillon is a British triathlete. Dillon's first Olympic triathlon was at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She was one of the three British athletes, along with Sian Brice and Andrew Johns, not to finish the competition. Four years later, at the 2004 Summer Olympics, Dillon finished in sixth place with a time of 2:06:00.77. She is currently sponsored by Tri and Run, Nike, Rudy Project and Michelob Ultra, amongst others.

Ihr Rückstand auf die Siegerin, die Österreicherin Kate Allen betrug nur etwas mehr als 1 Minute. 2005 siegte sie bei der Weltmeisterschaft der ITU im Duathlon aus Radfahren und Laufen, 2007 wurde sie Weltmeisterschaftszweite im Duathlon. Ebenfalls 2007 gewann sie den Triathlon in London. Im November 2008 beendete sie ihre aktive sportliche Karriere, will dem Sport aber als Trainerin treu bleiben.
