Michal Hašek (born on 17 April 1976 in Brno) is a Czech politician and the current Governor of South Moravia. He's also been a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2002. Hašek is a member of the Social Democratic Party and the current Chairman of the Social Democratic Caucus in the Chamber. In the shadow cabinet of former Prime Minister Jiří Paroubek he's the shadow Minister of Agriculture. He's a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University.
