Michael E. "Mike" McMahon (born September 9, 1957) is an American Democratic politician from Staten Island, New York, currently serving as the U.S. Representative for the 13th Congressional District of New York. The district includes all of Staten Island, plus all or part of the Gravesend, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst and Dyker Heights neighborhoods in Brooklyn. From 2002 to 2008, he was a member of the New York City Council, representing the 49th district on Staten Island's North Shore.
