Having began his career in 1993 at age 24, Cox appeared in over 600 films through 2005, directing three films himself from 1995 to 1997. In addition to his work in both all-sex and scripted adult film, Cox appeared as himself in the 1999 industry tell-all documentary Sex: The Annabel Chong Story.
