Michael Cartellone (from Cleveland, Ohio) is the current drummer of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the former drummer of Damn Yankees and Accept . He is also an accomplished painter, having done so for many years. Before joining Damn Yankees, Tommy Shaw, both of Styx and Damn Yankees, recalled Michael painting children's furniture such as cribs etc. To this day, when not busy in the music business, he still makes room for painting. His "Road Series" of paintings are quite popular.
