In 2007 Sheard began producing and hosting an annual Christmas benefit at Toronto's storied Rivoli night club. The event features musical and other performances by members of Toronto's vibrant Indie music scene. Sheard also produces and hosts an annual show based on the oeuvre of Canadian folk music icon Joni Mitchell.
