Maura Clarke Junior High School (Maura Clarke JHS) is a Catholic Junior High School program on the Rockaway peninsula in Queens, New York. Maura Clarke J.H.S. is a part of Stella Maris High School community in Rockaway Park. The school got its name from Maura Clarke the Maryknoll sister and Rockaway, Queens native, who lost her life as a martyr in El Salvador along with Ita Ford, Jean Donovan, and Dorothy Kazel. The school is known as the only Catholic Junior High School in Queens, New York.
