Matt Ward (born March 30, 1983) is a lacrosse player in the US. After finishing a prep career at Landon School in suburban Washington, DC, where he was the only lacrosse player to ever be honored as the All-Met player of the year two years in a row. In his college years he played for the University of Virginia, where he was a three time All-American and won the 2006 Tewaaraton Trophy. He led the Cavaliers to the 2003 and 2006 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships.
