Don Marco Torlonia, 6th Prince of Civitella-Cesi is the current Prince of Civitella-Cesi. He is the son of Alessandro Torlonia, 5th Prince di Civitella-Cesi and his wife, Infanta Beatriz of Spain, daughter of King Alfonso XIII of Spain. He is, therefore, first cousin to King Juan Carlos I of Spain. Don Marco married in 1960 Donna Orsetta Caracciolo dei Duchi di Melito dei Principi di Castagneto with whom he had a son, Giovanni, in 1962.

He is currently married to Blazena Svitaková, whom he married in 1985. They have a daughter, Caterina (b. 1974) who was born before her parents' marriage.
