Mac Allen (born June 7, 1985) is a lacrosse player for the Colorado Mammoth in the National Lacrosse League and the Hamilton Nationals of Major League Lacrosse. Allen was a member of the Edmonton Rush from 2007 to 2008, the Rochester Knighthawks from 2009 to 2010, before he was traded to Colorado as part of the deal to get Matt Vinc to Rochester. He played Junior A lacrosse from 2004 to 2006 with the Toronto Beaches of the Ontario Lacrosse Association.
