MFS (Masterminded For Success) was an independent electronic dance music label from Berlin, Germany lasting from 1990-2005. It was founded by Englishman, Mark Reeder in 1990. The label was financed by "Deutsche Schallplatten Berlin" a GDR record company until its collapse in 1993. MFS is consider to be one of the first trance labels, and to be the first to coin the term "trance music", and seen by few as an underground label.
