Lydia Shum Din-Ha, also known as Lydia Sum (21 July 1945 — 19 February 2008), was a Hong Kong comedienne, MC, and actress known for her portly figure, signature dark rimmed glasses and bouffant hairstyle. She was affectionately known to peers and fans as Fei-fei (literally Fat Fat, Fat Sister or Fatty). She appeared in numerous Hong Kong films and was an iconic TVB entertainer over forty years. For a brief spell in the 1990s, Shum left TVB to work at rival ATV.

Shum had vele gezondheidsproblemen zoals cholangitis, diabetes en hypertensie. in 2002 moest ze het Queen Mary Hospital in om haar zesendertig galstenen weg te laten halen. In september 2006 ontdekten artsen een levertumor en kanker rond haar galblaas. De 2,6 kilowegende tumor werd in 2007 verwijderd, maar helaas kon het haar leven niet redden. De burgemeester van Vancouver, Sam Sullivan, riep 1 juni (geboortedag volgens de Chinese kalender) uit tot regionale Fei Fei-dag.
