Im Jahr 2003 flogen bis zu 50.000 Passagiere im Linienflugbetrieb. Der letzte dieser Flüge fand am 14. Januar 2009 von der Nordseeinsel Sylt nach Düsseldorf statt. Die Gesellschaft hat ihren operativen Betrieb neu ausgerichtet, es werden nunmehr sogenannte Zubringerflüge im Auftrag des Kooperationspartners Air Berlin durchgeführt. Die LG Walter fliegt seitdem mit neuen Turbopropflugzeugen des Typs Dash Q8-400, die von der Air Berlin geleast werden. Seit dem Wechsel auf den neuen größeren Flugzeugtyp, findet der Flugbetrieb nicht mehr unter eigenem Namen bzw. eigener Flugnummer statt.
