Louise Diana Wilhelmina Catharina (Loes) Luca (18 October, 1953 in Rotterdam) is a Dutch actress, singer and comedian. She began her career in 1980. As a singer and actress she made quite a name for herself, she played on stage with the Toneelgroep Amsterdam, Ro Theater and in many musical theatre productions of Orkater and Willem Breuker Kollektief. For a younger public she became known for Theater Hofplein and her many appearances in De Parade.

She made the serie with Netty van Hoorn She is now seen in the modern adaption of 't Schaep met de 5 Pooten.
