Lode started out as a break dancer and was constantly on the street showing his moves. Even at a early stage in his life he was always involved in Music whether it was Hip Hop, RnB,Reggae or Blues. After a few years in Holland, Lode decides to move to Ireland at the age of 25, He quickly found a job and set base down in Cork the west coast of Ireland, It is here where he decided to kind of leave music for a while and try and take up a profession which was more realistic,He got himself involved in IT, He moved to Dublin after a few years in Cork working in a IT company, He quickly found himself working in one of the Biggest IT companys in the world. Dublin was where he fell back in love with music again. Lode had a natural talent and picking up instruments and learning them very quickly. He decided to play the Blues Harp (Harmonica), After a few months he realised he was very good at this and started to write his own blues songs. After about a year of playing the blues harp, Lode was doin a few shows and going to gigs dressed up in a Chicken and Tiger outfit. His stomping ground was The Celt on Talbot Street. he began to go to blues nights and play his blues harp while dressed as a Tiger. The People loved it and he started to get a few local fans around the area. It wasnt until recently where Lode came upon a future big hit which is already making waves on the Blues scene accross the world. He wrote and performed The Stephen Walsh Song. This song is brilliant and will sell millions upon his release and is already a big hit on youtube http://www. youtube. com/watch?v=XFNspIoub-I, This song will lift Lode onto new heights and has already been a big hit here in South Africa where Lode as risen to No.3 in the upcoming best Blues artist on the Local Radio station.
