Liviu Gheorghe Negoiţă is a Romanian politician and lawyer, member of the Democratic Liberal Party and the mayor of Bucharest's Sector 3 since 2004. Born in Brăila, Negoiţă completed his law degree in 1990, at University of Bucharest's Faculty of Law and was a practising lawyer until his entry into politics in the late 1990s.
