  • 劉 華清（りゅう かせい、Liu HuaQing, 1916年 -）は中華人民共和国の元軍人。中国人民解放軍海軍司令員、党中央政治局常務委員、党中央軍事委員会副主席などを務めた。 1982年、当時海軍司令員だった劉華清は鄧小平の命を受けて第一列島線を提起した。海軍の近代化を推進し、一貫して中国海軍には空母が必要であると唱えてきた。 1989年11月に江沢民が中央軍事委員会主席に就任した際、鄧小平は張震と共に副主席を据えた。（第13期五中全会）天安門事件以降に軍を支持に回らせた楊兄弟（楊尚昆、楊白冰）を牽制するため、中央顧問委員会入りしていた劉及び国防大学で後進の育成に当たっていた張を抜擢し、軍への影響力がほとんど無かった江沢民の補佐に当たらせた。鄧小平が第二野戦軍の政治委員を務めた頃からの腹心として信頼されていたことがうかがえる。 第14期1中全会で楊兄弟が軍から追放されるのとは対照的に、中共中央政治局常務委員に昇格した。過去には軍人出身者である鄧小平や周恩来らが政治局常務委員会入りしたこともあったが、半ば引退していたとはいえ、軍人が政治局常務委員になるのは90年代以降では他にいない。 遠華密輸事件に娘及び義理の娘が関係していたとされ、ほどなく引退した。江沢民による軍部に対する権力掌握の犠牲者とも言われている。
