Coldplay has received eight MTV Awards, including four MTV Europe Music Awards from thirteen nominations, and four MTV Video Music Awards from sixteen nominations. The music video for "The Scientist" won all the awards for which it was nominated at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. They received five Q Awards from sixteen nominations and have won the Best Album award for three of their four albums.
