- 令計画（れいけいかく、Lìng JìHuà 、1956年10月-）は山西省平陸県生まれ。中華人民共和国の政治家。第17期中国共産党中央委員、中央書記処書記、中央弁公庁主任。 地元山西省平陸県の共産主義青年団県委員会に入り、1979年に共青団中央宣伝部に抜擢。団中央で昇進を重ね宣伝部長など。1995年からは党中央弁公庁に移り、副主任を12年務める一方、1984年から団中央書記処第一書記だった胡錦濤の秘書となり、胡錦濤同志弁公室主任として支えた。 2007年9月19日、中央弁公庁主任に昇格。第17回党大会で中央委員、第17期一中全会で中央書記処書記に選出。 第16期党中央候補委員、第17期党中央委員。
