Li Haifeng (born February 1949) is a Chinese politician. A native of Laoting, Hebei, she did her graduate studies at the Party School of the Central Committee, and went on to positions such as Secretary of the Daqing branch of the Communist Youth League of China, Standing Committee Member of the Daqing Field branch of the Communist Party, Vice-Chairperson of the Politburo. She also served as a delegate to the 5th and 6th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conferences.

  • 李海峰(1949年-),籍贯河北省乐亭。中国共产党党员;中共中央党校研究生学历。现任中华人民共和国国务院侨务办公室主任;是中共第十七屆中央委員,第五、六届全国政协委员。 李海峰也属于当年的“知青”。1968年,只有十九岁的她,就到黑龙江大庆油田当采油女工。由于勤奋肯干,迅速获提拔为女子采油队指导员;而她所在的女子采油队,也曾多次被评为“先进集体”。李海峰而后,在大庆油田工作了十年,曾担任过共青团大庆市委书记等职。其实,也正是共青团组织成就了李海峰后来的政治地位。 “文革”结束之后,共青团恢复运作,29岁的李海峰获时任中共中央组织部部长胡耀邦的赏识;于1978年奉调进京,出任共青团中央书记处书记、中華全國青年聯合會的副主席。二十世纪八十年代初期,共青团中央改组,王兆国担任第一书记,胡锦涛担任常务书记。此时在团中央工作的李海峰,与胡锦涛有非常密切的工作关系。1986年她获得“外放”机会,回到家乡河北,出任中共河北省委常委、兼石家庄市委书记;而后又出任河北省政府副省长。年仅37岁,就成为副部级的官员。 1994年,李海峰再次进京,出任国务院侨务办公室副主任。这一干,就是十三年。这十三年间,李海峰逐渐熟悉了侨务工作,曾经率团访问多个国家,也曾经参加香港侨界社团联会的庆典活动。2007年4月27日,中国国务院公布官员任免名单。这位大庆石油工人出身的李海峰,在副部级职位上苦熬了二十多年后,终于得到升迁的机会;接替66岁已宣布退休的陈玉杰,出掌中国的侨务工作。 李海峰是继陈玉杰之后又一位“侨办”女主任;她也是国务院“侨办”第五位主任。
