Reynolds, Daniel Tuite, Andy Gathergood, Rasmus Hardiker Grant Gillespie, Michael Jibson and Natalia Tena. It had its North American premiere at the Miami International Film Festival in 2009.

Il film è stato presentato in anteprima mondiale l'11 agosto 2008 al festival di Locarno, mentre l'uscita nelle sale italiane è avvenuta il 17 ottobre 2008.
