  • Leah Miller (born July 20, 1981) is a former MuchMusic VJ from Toronto. Miller is the youngest of four children; she has an older sister and two older brothers. She won the title of Miss Junior Dance of Canada when she was 13 and danced on a competitive basis until age 16. After graduating from Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts in Toronto, Ontario, Miller moved to Los Angeles to gain acting experience and worked on Ashton Kutcher's celebrity prank show Punk'd and in Chris Rock's movie Down to Earth. Missing her family, she moved back to Toronto after a few years. Miller joined the Much family in November 2004 after trying out for four years. Her father had first suggested to her to try out. Until August 31, 2009, Miller and Tim Deegan were the current hosts of Much on Demand, Monday through Friday. Miller replaced Amanda Walsh, who pursued a career in acting. In April 2008, Miller was announced as the host of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, which began broadcasting across Canada in September. She always wears heels on-air that are usually 4 to 5 inches in height, and she once famously fell on-air after tripping over a microphone stand while hosting for The All-American Rejects. She had reportedly been dating musician Dallas Green since at least 2006. In 2008 it was reported that the couple were living together and were married in December 2008. She is also close friends with actress and singer Hilary Duff. On August 31, 2009 Leah along with all the other VJ's hosted her final MOD episode. She left the show for her hosting job on So You Think You Can Dance Canada. Perez Hilton, Hilary Duff and former VJ Matte Babel were included in the show.
