It would be operated by Lavalin (SNC-Lavalin), a company in Canada. Three initial lines, planned since 1984: Depot is located in Huai Khwang District, near MRT Blue Line depot. Lavalin Skytrain was cancelled during Anand Panyarachun's administration.
