Laurie Records was a record label, started in 1958 by Gene Schwartz and Allan I. Sussel. Sussel was a multi-millionaire whose earlier record company, Jamie Records (named after his eldest daughter) had been unsuccessful. Joining forces with the creative talents of Gene Schwartz, the new label would be named after his other daughter, Laurie. An arranger and Schwartz's best friend, Elliot Greenberg would gain a 12% ownership of the company by the early 1960s.

- Laurie Records was a record label, started in 1958 by Gene Schwartz and Allan I. Schwartz's brother Bob Schwartz also became involved, primarily due to pressure from their mother to get his brother involved in the successful record business. The company had also grown to include a subsidiary: Andie Records. Laurie's most famous recording artists included Dion & the Belmonts, The Mystics, The Chiffons, The Jarmels, and Bobby Goldsboro to name a few. Among Laurie's earliest big hit singles was the 1958 doo-wop classic "I Wonder Why" by Dion and the Belmonts. Ten years later, after the enormous hit single "Abraham, Martin, and John" in 1968 by Dion, Laurie had one of the most controversial hit singles ever to be recorded with, "Once You Understand" written and produced in 1971 by producers and songwriters Lou Stalmman and Bobby Susser, and sung by the studio group "Think", who was (Lou Stallman and Bobby Susser). The label also distributed records under several subsidiary labels: Rust, Legrand, Dolphin (not to be confused with the Liberty-owned Dolphin/Dolton label), Calico, and President. The label also handled the American distribution of recordings by Gerry & The Pacemakers. Jo Siopis, a well known record producer and wife of Gerry & The Pacemakers band member Les Chadwick, was instrumental in the distribution of Laurie Records artists' albums in the United States. Their last big recording artists were The Royal Guardsmen. Laurie changed its name in the early 1980s to 3C Records. 3C stands for Continental Communications Corporation and the masters are owned by EMI.
