Dal 28 settembre 2010, LA7 trasmette in HDTV e in 3D (momentaneamente solo promo sperimentali in HD nativo) sui canali LA7 HD e LA7 3D, disponibili nel mux TIMB 4 (esclusivamente nelle aree di switch-off). Dal 5 ottobre 2010, sullo stesso multiplex, è disponibile anche LA7 Mosaico (contenente LA7, LA7d, LA7 HD e LA7 3D). Dal 2002 lo speaker ufficiale della rete è Francesco Prando. Dal 2003 la raccolta pubblicitaria è affidata alla concessionaria Cairo Communication.
