Lívia or Livia Rusz (born September 28, 1930) is a Romanian and Hungarian graphic artist, best known for her work in illustration, comic strip and comic book genres. One of the most recognizable contributors to these fields during Romania's communist period, she created popular children's comics such as Mac and Cocofifi, before signing as one of the main illustrators for Editura Ion Creangă publishing house.

She subsequently produced illustrations for many of the company's principal releases, including an edition of Ion Creangă's Childhood Memories and the first Romanian-language edition of J. R. R. Tolkien's The Hobbit. A member of the Hungarian-Romanian community, Rusz escaped communist political pressures by settling in Budapest, Hungary in 1987. She continues to live there, and has also become recognized as a contributor to the Hungarian comics school.

La liceu, a fost remarcată şi îndrumată de profesorul Kovács Zoltán, ulterior fondatorul şi rectorul Institutului de Arte „Ion Andreescu” din Cluj. După ce şi-a dat bacalaureatul, s-a înscris la Institut, pe care l-a absolvit in 1955. Până în 1958, a lucrat ca asistent universitar, apoi postul s-a desfiinţat. S-a angajat ca ilustratoare la revista pentru copii „Napsugár”, un fel de „Luminiţa” în ungureşte. Tracasată de activiştii politici şi de securitatea României comuniste, Lívia Rusz a fugit în 1987 în Germania, de unde s-a mutat în Ungaria, unde trăieste şi astăzi, într-o mică vilă din Budapesta. Este cunoscută pentru ilustraţiile la traducerea cărţii lui J.R.R. Tolkien The Hobbit (apărută în româneşte în 1975 la Editura Ion Creangă, sub titlul O poveste cu un Hobbit). În aprilie 2006, a fost invitată de onoare la Salonul româno-maghiar de bandă desenată de la Institutul Cultural Român din Budapesta.
