Kristell Lowagie, is a pop music singer and songwriter who used to lead the gothic/symphonic metal bands Valkyre and Skeptical Minds. She's now working on her solo project Joliet, an electro-pop music. She started to sing at age 20, with Adams-Stokes, a belgian pop-rock band. In 2002, she was asked by Vincent Lacrosse to join his project Skeptical Minds, an industrial electro metal music. The band played in big metal festivals, together with bands like Epica, Lacuna Coil, After Forever, Leave's eyes. They recorded the album "Rent To kill", and were signed on the US label Sirenette Music Industries. Kristell left in December 2007. In 2008, Kristell sang for a short period in Valkyre, a symphonic metal band from Belgium. In the meantime, she started to create her own musical project, Joliet. She recorded in March 2008 a first EP "Wandering my Path".
