Im Jahr 2003 erschien das zweite Album, Kokopelli, das jetzt deutliche Elemente von Rockmusik zeigte, während der Drum'n'Bass-Einfluss stark abgenommen hatte. Das dritte Album, Damage, erschien im März 2007 und geht wieder mehr in Richtung tanzbarer Titel, mit Anleihen beim Synthie Pop. Für Proteste sorgte ein für den 3. November 2007 geplanter Auftritt in Belgrad. Das Konzert sollte auf dem Alten Messegelände am rechten Save-Ufer, das während des Zweiten Weltkriegs als KZ benutzt wurde, stattfinden. Im „Judenlager Semlin“ kamen rund 50.000 Menschen, darunter fast die ganze, rund 8.000 Mitglieder zählende jüdische Gemeinde Belgrads ums Leben. Kosheen sagte das Konzert ab.

L’edizione inglese di "Damage", con due nuove tracks, Analogue Street Dub e Professional Friend (non incluse nell’edizione europea), è stata pubblicata dalla Moksha Recordings, nel settembre 2007. Il primo singolo da Damage, è stato Overkill, uscito a marzo (Europa) e agosto 2007 (UK). Nel novembre 2007 sono rimasti coinvolti in una controversia a proposito del luogo dove avrebbe dovuto svolgersi un loro concerto a Belgrado. Il luogo del concerto era stato in passato un campo di concentramento. Una volta scoperto il fatto, tentarono di far spostare il concerto altrove, senza successo, con conseguente cancellazione dello show. All'epoca dichiararono di sperare di poter ri-organizzare il concerto di Belgrado in seguito, in un luogo più adatto. Il loro primo album, Resist, ricevette un’intensa promozione dalla edizione 2002 di Nokia Game. Un breve loop da Harder poteva essere sentito in numerose parti del mondo virtuale del gioco.
