Kincaidston is a council housing estate in the town of Ayr in south-west Scotland. The estate was built in the 1970s, some of the streets are named after flowers for example, Iris Court and Honeysuckle Park and Speedwell Square, whilst Kincaidston Drive is the main road which runs right around the estate. The estate is home to a primary school/nursery and a sports pavilion, as well as several shops and a youth cafe.
