Ihre 2003 veröffentlichte Single „Something About You“ wurde viel im Radio gespielt, konnte sich allerdings nicht in den Charts platzieren. Kim Sanders war gut bekannt mit Melanie Thornton, deren Unfalltod ihr sehr nahe ging. Ihr widmete sie den Song „Release“ auf ihrem Debutalbum „Pretty on Edge“.
