Khetagurovo is a 150-house village in South Ossetia, de facto independent partially recognized republic in the South Caucasus, formerly the South Ossetian Autonomous Oblast within the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic. The village has been controlled by the South Ossetian forces since the armed clashes with the Georgian troops in 1991/1992.

Kylässä on noin 170 taloa ja elokuun alussa 2008 noin 700 asukasta. Kylässä sijaitsee 900-luvulta peräisin oleva, pyhälle Neitsyt Marialle pyhitety kirkko, joka on yksi Ossetian vanhimpia. Kylä on nimetty osseetin kirjakielen kehittäjä, runoilija Kosta Hetagurovin (1859–1906) mukaan. Kylään valmistui vuonna 2007 urheiluhalli, jonka Etelä-Ossetian tasavallan presidentti Eduard Kokoity kävi vihkimässä, 9. toukokuuta voitonpäivän juhlallisuuksien yhteydessä.
