Keaten Menstarn is a French-Bulgarian London-based DJ and recording singer of Kontor Records. Most notably known for his 1999 hits "Beat" and "Bundled" featuring Damir Kedžo. He is known for his European pride, refusing to perform in countries outside of Europe, and featuring only European singers in his songs. His top popoularity was in 1999 when he released "Beat" that was composed by Vladislav Delay for him. It peaked number one in five countries around Europe.
