Kate Knuth (born 1981) is a Minnesota politician and a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 50B, which includes portions of the cities of New Brighton, Arden Hills, Fridley and Shoreview in Anoka and Ramsey counties. Knuth, a Democrat was first elected in 2006 and was one of the youngest representatives to serve in the 85th Legislature. She won the seat vacated by the retiring Char Samuelson.

Her father, Daniel Knuth, served in the Minnesota House for three terms from 1983 – 1988.
