Kaohsiung Astronomical Museum is an astronomical museum in Kaohsiung in southwest Taiwan, established in 2000 . It is located near Kangho Elementary School in the suburbs of Siaogang District. The museum is dedicated to the promotion and teaching of astronomical science and is equipped with a multimedia hall with a built in 5-meter-diameter sky screen, and an astronomical science exhibition hall.
