  • KT&G（ケイティーアンドジー）は、大韓民国唯一のタバコ製造会社。本社は大田広域市に置く。韓国内でのタバコ販売シェアは8割近く、世界市場でも6位の位置につける（2003年現在）。 1899年に創設された李王朝の宮内部内蔵院参精科が源流である。日本統治時代には朝鮮専売局、日本統治後は専売庁と変遷し、1989年に直接の前身にあたる国営企業、韓国タバコ人参公社が発足した。 一貫してタバコと紅参（乾燥した朝鮮人参）の専売権を握り、韓国市場で支配的な位置を占めてきたが 、専売権の撤廃や輸入自由化を経て1997年に国会で民営化の方針が議決されると1999年以降政府保有株を徐々に売却。2002年にはKT&Gに社名を変更すると共に外国人の株式保有制限を撤廃、同年完全民営化を果たした。 社名の由来はKorea Tabacco & Ginsengの略であるが、事業内容の広がりを受けてKorea Tomorrow & Globalと説明している。 スポーツへの後援としては女子バレーボール部は国内屈指の強さを誇り、国家代表チームのスポンサーも務めている。また、2005年7月にはSBSからプロバスケットボールチームを譲り受け、安養KT&Gカイツとして韓国バスケットボールリーグへ参入する。 なお、同じく韓国企業であるKTとは直接の関係はない。
  • KT&G， 全名為 「韓煙人蔘股份有限公司」(KSE：033780)，是南韓最大煙草集團之一，每年營業額、盈利、投資等，達至超過20億美元不等。本集團在2003年成為民營化及上市前，1492年，由美國煙草流入韓國；1899年，由韓國政府擁有煙草專賣局正式成立；1951年更名為韓國煙草專賣局；1987年更名為韓國專賣公社；1989年更名為韓國煙草人蔘公社，原因是涉足高麗蔘業務；直至2003年，韓國政府計劃把韓國煙草人蔘公社民營化，更名為KT&G或「韓煙人蔘股份有限公司」；同年在韓國證券交易所上市，己成為最多外資企業、高度集中投資者之一。是與英美煙草公司、阿妮塔及日本煙草看齊，成為全球第四大煙草商之一。 本集團產品是韓國最普遍品牌。第一、印第高、阿里安、 德士、 德士專貴、澤士、伊詩、威信、及 盧吉士等品牌。 除此之外，KT&G 還涉足人參公司、製藥、生物科技、房地產等，總部位於大田廣域市。
