KQHR 90.1 FM has rebroadcast the KQAC signal for the Hood River area since November 2001. In May 2008 All Classical began broadcasting in Lincoln City on KQOC 88.1 FM.

In October 2008 KBPS-FM began broadcasting in The Dalles on KQDL 88.1 FM. In April, 2009, All Classical's Portland callsign changed from KBPS-FM to KQAC. KQAC, KQHR, KQOC and KQDL rely on listener contributions, which provide over two-thirds of their budget. They also receive financial support from local businesses and arts organizations that underwrite their programming through on-air sponsorships. Additionally, a small portion of their annual budget comes from various foundation grants and from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. KQAC is owned by All Classical Public Media, Inc. a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. KQAC was formerly owned by Portland Public Schools but after a budget crisis in 1995 the district decided to cut many programs. Now run by All Classical Public Media, Inc, a not-for-profit 501c3 organization, KQAC 89.9 broadcasts local classical music programs 24 hours a day in Portland, on the Oregon coast, in the Columbia Gorge, and worldwide via www. allclassical. org.
